Feeling Gratitude Exercise

A wonderful way to start your day is to spend a few minutes feeling grateful and thankful. To make this easier and to help it become a habit, you can link this to your first morning drink.

 

So, while you’re having your first drink of the day, sit comfortably and think of the things that make you feel thankful. Some things are included here to get you started.
